What we collect

When you create an account: your username and email, and — only if you add them — your name, phone, and address. We use them to run your account, deliver your downloads and your key, and help you when you write to us. The news-and-tips checkbox on the form is your choice; it starts checked, so untick it if you don’t want them.

When you buy: a purchase record — what you bought, the price, the date, and your license key. Your payment itself is handled by our payment processor; your card details go to them, never to us.

When you join the mailing list: your email address, to send what you signed up for.

What we never do

Your recordings and your transcripts never leave your computer — Verbaia works on them where they sit, and we never receive your audio. And we will never ask for your license key — not by email, not ever. If someone asks for it, it isn’t us.

Your choices

Marketing email is your choice at sign-up; change your mind any time by emailing us. Your files stay yours: everything Verbaia works on lives on your own machine.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
