What we collect

When you buy: Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and shares your purchase details with us — your name, email, what you bought, and when. We store this with your license record so we can send your key and support you.

When you create an account: your name, email, and sign-in details. If you opt in, Finch news and tips — never otherwise.

When you use the site: anonymous pageview counts (no cookies, no fingerprinting) so we know which pages people read. Google Analytics runs on the site under the same rules.

When you email us: whatever you write to finch@verbaia.com. A human reads it; we keep it so we can help you properly.

What we never do

We never sell your data. Not your email, not your name, not anything. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your purchase details go to exactly two places: our license database (so your key works) and our support inbox (so we can help you).

Your data, your call

Want a copy of what we have on you, or want it deleted? Email finch@verbaia.com and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account records means your key can't be looked up later — we'll warn you before we do it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Big changes get an email.
